When you purchase our system we offer an annual support contract that provides unlimited telephone and Internet support. It also includes all upgrades made during the year for free.
The price of this support and upgrade agreement is 7 1/2% of the purchase price.
Our support and upgrade contract is extremely low when compared to most document imaging systems. The industry standard is between 20% and 35% a year. The reason we are able to offer such a low rate is because of the stability of our system and the infrequency of support calls.
When you lease our system, we provide one hour of customer support for free. If you need assistance beyond that time period, we charge $200 an hour for support. This must be paid by credit card and is billed in ¼ hour increments.
