Yes, we offer two installation services. One is included with the purchase of our software the other is optional.
We will do a remote installation of our software onto your server.
Included as part of our setup fee, we will remotely install our document imaging software onto your server. To do this we require an Internet connection and someone to be present with administrative privileges to the server.
When we do a remote installation, you will need be there to oversee the operation as our support staff installs the software.
We do require you to schedule a time for the installation.
We will do an on-site installation for you as an option.
An on-site installation is not included with our setup fee. The reason that it is optional is because you will have to pay for the travel time our staff is away from the office.
Because the software is so easy to set up, most people have a local IT professional do the installation if they don't feel comfortable doing it themselves. The setup is not difficult for an IT professional and our support staff will work with them and answer any questions they might have.
If we were to come on-site, we charge $1,500 for each day we are away from the office and all travel expenses.
