These systems are typically built around the TIF file format so that the software vendor can use proprietary compression formats that force users to stay with their system. The purpose the Automatic Document Converter Module is to siphon the data from the database and extract the TIF from the server, convert the TIF to a PDF file and insert the data into the metadata of the PDF file. This conversion results in a Smart PDF file that can be indexed by every known search engine. The documents are now in a non-proprietary file format so you will always keep control over you files and never be held hostage by a software vendor.

The module will automatically convert approximately 10 documents a second thereby making short work of the necessary conversion.
