Step 2 in the search and retrieval process is to examine the search results window and click on the document you wish to view.
From our interface you can view, print or email documents from the search results window.
You no longer have to put a customer on hold and look for a document. You can pull up the document on your computer screen and answer his/her questions on the initial call. Once you have completed the call you can send your customer a copy of the information you just discussed. All this can be done without leaving your desk.
