Our customer support center is in Oregon and is available 8:30 am to 6:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
We also have knowledgeable representatives available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday - Friday in our main office. Although they don't provide the same level of network experience as our support center, they are usually able to answer the majority of your questions.
Emergency telephone support
Our customer support center is also notified of any emergency support calls that are made after normal business hours 7 days a week. We always have someone from the service center on-call to respond to emergency after hour support calls.
We are able to service the system remotely using the Internet. You simply need to be in front of your computer and give us permission to log into your computer system. We can perform any test and make any adjustments to the system while you are overseeing everything that we do.
