What type of training do you provide?
We offer two types of training, online training using webex and video training that allows you to learn at your own pace 24/7.
What do you get with online training?
With our online training you will log into Webex (an Internet Service) that allows you to see and experience everything remotely as if we were with you in your office. Both your computer screen and our computer screen are synchronized so that we see the same thing at the same time. You work with a personal trainer who will answer all your questions. Although online training is done remotely, it is a very personal approach to training.
With our online training you will learn all parts of the system. You will learn how to scan documents into the system, tag documents with key search words, and search and retrieve documents. We will also teach you any administrative functions such as setting up document profiles (a process that identifies how you want the documents to be indexed).
This training is for anyone who wants a personal trainer to support them through the learning curve.
